For white & Pastel Cotton Applications
The SublitoCotton precess enables the user to print white and pastel cotton fabrics using the traditional sublimation process. This product is perfect for full colour photos , bold graphics and lines. No excess polymer appears on garments and requires no trimming or wedding .
DRY POWDER APPLICATION STEP
Apply to the wet printed paper the dry SublitoCotton powder by sprinklng a layer over the image using a suitable powder tray. Before use break up any powder lumps.
Avoid smudging of the wet ink and applied powder. Shake off any excessive powder into the tray for future use.
TRANSFER STEP
Position the transfer onto the appropriate garment / fabric to be decorated.
Once positioned do not remove to avoid any smudging of the fabric.
Transfer time 30 seconds / temperature 190°C / Medium pressure
Peel cold usually 20-30s is sufficient, peel from corner to corner in a smooth motion.
